Titre Formation de base au Voice Dialogue
Description brève L'objectif de la formation est double: -1- Expérimentation personnelle de la méthode afin d’inviter un processus individuel d’analyse et de connaissance de soi axé sur l’exploration dynamique et énergétique de la psyché : parties primaires / parties reniées, développement d’un ego conscient du jeu des polarités, dimensions transpersonnelles, travail sur les identifications et recherche des règles et systèmes de croyances. -2- Apprentissage des outils propres à la psychologie des subpersonnalités en situation de praticien.
Méthode: Exposés théoriques, Pratiques et exercices, Séances de Voice Dialogue supervisées, CNV, Travail avec les rêves, Utilisation de la danse, des jeux de rôles, de la peinture et de la terre. - Ouvert à tous.
