| Kurzbeschreibung | Träume sind der Königsweg zum Unbewussten. Sie erschliessen Ressourcen unserer Weisheit und unseren inneren Kompass für unsere Lebensreise. - In diesem Kurs sind Trauminhalte (Tagträume, Phantasien, Nachtträume) der Ausgangspunkt für die Arbeit mit Voice Dialogue. Träume enthalten Informationen darüber, was für uns gegenwärtig wichtig und bedeutsam ist. Indem wir durch das Erzählen von Träumen diese bedeutsamen Dinge herausfinden, kristallisiert sich heraus, welche Selbste uns das Unbewusste zur Zeit enthüllen will. Diese Selbste werden durch Voice Dialogue bewusst gemacht, mit dem Ziel, sie zu erkennen, anzuerkennen, zu wertschätzen um klarere und freiere Lebensentscheidungen treffen zu können. Dieser Workshop fördert privates und berufliches Wachstum und beinhaltet Voice Dialogue Teachings, Diskussionen in der Gruppe, Demonstrationen, Übungen. Der Kurs ist in Englisch. |

| Kurzbeschreibung | Behind many body symptoms, a hidden, disowned part of us is calling. When we discover this hidden part and allow its energy to flow, the body often heals. Conscious Body offers the gift of rediscovering a part of us that brings transformation in life. - During the weekend, there will be opportunities to facilitate a session under supervision, receive a supervised session, and/or be present as an observer. You will benefit in all positions. After each facilitation, Judith will teach and will lead us all through experiential exercises to expand and deepen our understanding of the body, inner selves, and healing. The Supervision Weekend is open to all who have participated in a Conscious Body Training, attended an introductory evening, and/or had individual sessions in Conscious Body or Voice Dialogue.
