Since 2008, I’ve worked as a naturally intuitive bodyworker, guided by a deep sensitivity to where the flow of life energy is blocked in the body. My hands are drawn to areas where presence is missing — where tension or stagnation holds energy back. Through gentle, attuned touch, space opens for the body to soften and energy to move again. I integrate techniques from organ healing and work with the subtle layers of the body and energetic system.
In recent years, I’ve brought this work into deeper dialogue with inner parts work — especially Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Voice Dialogue. This integration allows body, psyche, and energy to meet in a grounded and responsive way.
