The „Returning Wholeness“-Training Series:
Ausbildung, Supervision & Retreat

„Returning Wholeness“ beschreibt einen inneren Prozess des Wiederanknüpfens an Körper, Wahrnehmung und Beziehung. Jenseits von Methode und Technik öffnet die Arbeit einen Raum, in dem Bewusstsein, Verkörperung und innere Führung entstehen können.

Voice Dialogue bildet das methodische Fundament. Der Dialog mit inneren Anteilen fördert einen klaren Aware-Ego-Prozess und ermöglicht innere Führung jenseits von Identifikation oder Kontrolle. In Verbindung mit verkörperter Praxis, Naturerfahrung und stillen Ritualen vertiefen sich Selbstwahrnehmung, Klarheit und innere Freiheit.

Die Formate umfassen Ausbildung & Vertiefung, Supervision sowie Einzel-Intensives und Retreats. Präsenzangebote finden nahe Basel, in Deutschland oder im Elsass statt und können digital begleitet werden. Übernachtung ist in unserer Gästewohnung buchbar. Das Training kann auch individuell online gebucht werden.

Voice Dialogue Facilitator Training

Beschreibung

This experiential, process-oriented training is designed to provide a comprehensive grounding in the theory and practice of Voice Dialogue. It will give participants a powerful new tool that will complement their existing practice and enhance their ability to work with clients on a wide range of issues.

Each course is limited to 4 participants and is open to therapists, counsellors, coaches, health care practitioners and anyone working in the area of personal growth and development.

The training is structured over 4 workshops totalling 11 days, spaced over one year. It includes:

Workshop 1 - The Foundations: The theoretical framework and the basic methodology

Workshop 2 – Voice Dialogue and Relationships

Workshop 3 – The Inner-Critic, Dreams and Physical Symptoms

Workshop 4 – Beyond the Selves: Voice Dialogue as a psycho-spiritual practice

Formation de Facilitateur Voice Dialogue

Beschreibung

Une formation qui s'adresse aux professionnels
Au-delà de l’apprentissage des modèles et les outils du Voice Dialogue, les objectifs de la formation sont de permettre aux participants d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires à l’accompagnement de personnes, de développer leur posture en tant que facilitateur en Voice Dialogue.
Le processus de formation inclus des moments d’intégration cognitive des concepts du Voice Dialogue et des moments d’expérimentation de la facilitation en tant que facilitateur et en tant que sujet.

Nous accordons une importance particulière au développement de son identité de facilitateur et à l’intégration des compétences de base de l’accompagnement (analyse de la demande, éthique, notions de psychopathologie). Pour atteindre cet objectif certains concepts d’autres approches sont abordés.
La formation est structurée de façon à permettre une mise en pratique immédiate et progressive.

Voice Dialogue and Transformational Psychology Training program

Beschreibung

Purpose of the program
To be able to use Voice Dialogue and the principles of ‘the psychology of selves’ in one’s own practice.
In addition the training is aimed at deepening the personal process of the participants, which will result in more depth in their work with clients. We will work with deeper layers of consciousness, the awareness of the body and its energy fields and there will a focus on the development of one’s own spirituality.
The program is particularly suitable for people who wish to efficiently accompany clients who have questions around the following themes:
• questions of meaningfulness
• work-life balance
• stress and vitality
• setting limits
• coaching skills
• vision development
• relationship and teamwork
• important choices and decisions.
